     We have maintenance agreements to cover work performed at all U.S. Steel properties and power plants.  Several specialty contracts exist as well, including: the University of Pittsburgh, Safeway Scaffold, Homewood Cemetery, the City of Pittsburgh School Board, and the City of Pittsburgh Housing Authority.

    The following tables contain the wage rates for the agreements in place currently:

    On all landscape projects, the wage rate in effect at the time of the bid will remain in effect on those projects for one (1) year from the date of the bid.  At the end of the one (1) year from the date of the bid, the first negotiated wage rate that was due the year following the bid date will be paid for one (1) year, at which time the second consecutive negotiated wage rate will be.

NOTE: EFFECTIVE July 1, 2010 and July 1, 2011 wage rate increases of eighty-five cents($.85) in each year shall be divided between wages and fringe benefits as determined by the Laborers' District Council of Western Pennsylvania. The Training Fund deduction shall remain as it is thru the term of the contract.
