WAGE RATES
We have maintenance agreements to cover work performed at all U.S. Steel properties and power plants. Several specialty contracts exist as well, including the University of Pittsburgh, Safeway Scaffold, Homewood Cemetery, the City of Pittsburgh School Board, and the City of Pittsburgh Housing Authority.
The following tables display the wage rates for the agreements in place currently.
All rates are effective January 1, 2012 thru December 31, 2012.

On all landscape projects, the wage rate in effect at the time of the bid will remain in effect on those projects for one(1) year from the date of the bid. At the end of the one(1) year from the date of the bid, the first negotiated wage rate that was due the year following the bid date will be paid for one(1) year, at which time the second consecutive negotiated wage rate will be.

*EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2O10 AND JULY 1, 2011: Wage rate increases of eighty-five cents($.85) in each year shall be divided between wages and fringe benefits as determined by the Laborers' District Council of W. PA. The Training Fund deduction shall remain as it is thru the term of the contract.
