CONSOL ENERGY CENTER - THE FUTURE HOME OF THE PENGUINS P.J. Dick, in a joint venture with Hunt Construction Group, are the construction managers on the new Consol Energy Center, with parking garage and hotel. The project is $225 million and has employed up to 60 plus laborers.
UPMC has broken ground on their $2.5 million project in Monroeville. P.J. Dick is the general contractor...right now, Noralco and McKinney Drilling are on site using Local 373 laborers.
Photos of the Rivers Casino and parking garage on the North Shore. The casino was built by Keating Construction from Philadelphia, with Mosites as the general contractor. The parking garage was built by Carl Walker Construction. There were approximately 50 plus laborers on site.
The new training center for the Greater Pennsylvania Regional Council Of Carpenters, is being built in Carnegie by Mosites Construction Company. Mosites employs approximately 90 laborers company wide.

Concrete Preservation Systems is a contractor employing several Local 373 members performing reconstruction work on the parking garage at McKeesport Hospital.
The Armstrong Cork and Bottle project in the "Strip District". The old buildings were converted to loft apartments mixed with commercial business. The work was done by Zax Environmental.
