Bill Brooks Bill has been a member of Local #373 singe June 29, 1988. He has served as Delegate to the Local, State, and National Building Trades as well as Delegate to the Local and State AFL-CIO Organizations. Bill is also Chairman of the Pittsburgh Building Trades Organizing Committee.
