DRUG TESTING
In conjunction with Mobile Medical Corporation, all Local #373 members must be tested annually. When it's time to renew your Drug Free card, you will be notified by Mobile Medical Corporation and receive a packet in the the mail with detailed instructions on where and by when to report for testing.
With each annual test, you must surrender your current Drug Free card. However, you will be given a chain of custody form that will serve as a temporary card until a new one is issued in about seven days. The new card will be valid for one year from the date of testing.
